Most of these apartments are well-furnished and well equipped which cater to students needs.

As far as accommodation expenditure is concerned, a student spends around $10,000 annually which makes the monthly expenses around $1000 though some students can manage at $700 to$1000. But, living in metropolitan cities like New-York, San-Francisco can cost heavily, the annual budget could reach up to $12,000 in contract with the students living in suburban areas.
